Still feeling sick

Isaiah didn't need a blood transfusion today.  Thanks be to God!  Most of his counts are looking good, however his immune system is very vulnerable right now.  He's still feeling quite sick.  He moaned all day in pain.  He still doesn't want to walk or talk and spends all of his time laying down.


 
Almost all of his hair fell out today.  He is feeling too sick to even care.  He is off the steroids for now until Maintenance Phase so I'm hoping he will sleep more during the night.



Our next appointment is a week from today for more chemo.  I hope he starts to feel better.  I feel helpless seeing him moan in pain.

    I'm so sorry to hear that.
    Poor little Isaiah...
    I am sure it's very hard to see your little boy is suffering.
    Of course Family can't do anything about his sickness but big "LOVE" from family which doctors can not give help him a lot even he doesnt realize it.

    Renee,you are doing great.
    I only can imagine but it must be so so hard to see that Isaiah is in pain and also taking care of Adam and doing house stuff.
    You are amazing mom.

    Praise God that he didn't need the transfusion! But we are so sorry to hear he's so sick. Praying he'll be back to his happy self soon.

    Renee, we've been away and I've only just caught up on your blog - what a difficult month this has been for you guys, but your continued faith has been a huge testimony to me, who doubts or gets frusterated with God so easily. If there's anything we can do for you guys, let us know.
